OCTOBER NEWSLETTER
Welcome back to the start of the new training year and school year! September flew by and it’s already October!
SEPTEMBER RECAP
September has been a busy yet productive month!
INTAKE NIGHT
The first day of the taining year is always the most important! Thank you to all the staff and cadets for ensuring a succesful Intake Night. It was wonderful to see returning faces, and even more exciting to see new faces!
TAGGING
Tagging one of our most important fundraisers! This fundraiser ensures that all cadets have access to the program and the money goes towards fun activities for all to enjoy! Thank you to everyone who participated and the parent drivers who helped out- none of this would be possible without you.
GLIDING
One thing that all Air Cadets have in common is our love for the skies. This September, some cadets were lucky enough to be chosen to go Gliding! The cadets went to Welland CFS and had an opportunity to get a tour of the hanger were all the planes are kept, and even got a chance to go on the glider! The cadets were chosen based on performance, attendance, eligibility, etc. These cadets have worked hard in the program and continue to work hard, keep up the good work!
