Attention All Level 2 and Level 3 Cadets!!!!
Spring Gliding Familiarization is taking place on Saturday April 27, 2024 at CFB Borden.
Gliding or Power Familiarization Flying (Famil Flying) is another part of the cadet’s training. Familiarization flying in gliders and powered aircraft takes place on select weekends at CFB Borden. These flying opportunities are open to all cadets.
Our Squadron gets this opportunity twice a year, once in the fall, and once in the spring. In the Fall, our Squadron took Level 5 and Level 4 Cadets as they did not get an opportunity post-COVID.
The Spring session the squadron will be focusing on Level 2 and Level 3 Cadets.
